Help Support an Innovative EcoTones Community Concert at River Hook in June!

EcoTones Concerts presents imaginative outdoor performances sited in local public nature spaces, exploring connections between humans and the natural
world. Inspired by the word ecotone from ecology meaning a transition zone rife with life, EcoTones Concerts encourage audiences to visit local nature spaces that they may not otherwise discover, and increase exposure to world-class live creative music outside the confines of a formal concert hall.

On Sat. March 16, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Old Stone Meeting House in Upper Nyack, cellist, composer, and EcoTones founder Jody Redhage Ferber is joined by Grammy-nominated violinist Sara Caswell and renowned vocalist and guitarist Camila Meza in a fundraising trio concert to support the professional musicians of the upcoming EcoTones @ River Hook Preserve. The trio will play musical selections inspired by the natural world, creating a “musical ecotone” between chamber music and jazz improvisation. The trio will provide a sneak preview of new music being developed for the full-scale EcoTones event at River Hook Preserve on June 2, 2024. This intimate chamber concert is limited to 35 seats. Light refreshments and drinks will be available. Tickets are a $25+ suggested donation and can be reserved at www.ecotonesconcerts.org.
