Annexation of properties from the incorporation portion of the Town of Clarkstown into the Village of Upper Nyack and locating such properties in the Village’s LO (laboratory office) District if annexation is approved.

2. Set public hearing for 3/9/2021 for joint meeting of Village of Upper Nyack Board of Trustees and Town of Clarkstown Town Board
3. Set public hearing to consider adoption of zoning amendment applying zoning, LO (laboratory office) district to annexation territory
