Notice of Public Hearing for 2023-2024 Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tentative Budget of the Village of Upper Nyack for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2023 has been completed and filed in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Upper Nyack, 328 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, New York 10960, where it is available for inspection by any interested person during Village office hours from 9:00 am -12 noon or on the Village’s website at https://www.uppernyack-ny.us/.

The following are the proposed annual salaries of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Upper Nyack:

Mayor $0

Deputy Mayor $0

Trustees (3) $0 (each)

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Upper Nyack will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the Tentative Budget on April 20, 2023 at 7:30 pm, at the Old Stone Meeting House, 347 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY. This will be held as a hybrid meeting. Those wishing to attend may do so in person or online. Please visit the Village’s website for the meeting link and registration information to access the meeting online.
