NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Upper Nyack will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 8:00 PM, as a hybrid meeting at the Old Stone Meeting House, 347 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY, or as soon as practical thereafter, to consider the adoption of proposed Local Law # 1 of 2022, a local law authorizing certain public servants of the Village of Upper Nyack to issue Appearance Tickets.

Members of the public may attend the meeting in person or online via Zoom video conference.  Participants attending in person and online will have the ability to view the meeting live and ask questions or make comments.  Please visit the Village’s website for the meeting link and registration information to access the meeting online

A copy of the proposed law and a meeting agenda will be posted on the Village’s website- https://www.uppernyack-ny.us/ (linked below)
