NOTICE TO BIDDERS - Sale of surplus equipment

Please take notice that the Village of Upper Nyack will accept sealed bids for the sale of a surplus Millermatic 211 MIG welder. Equipment is used, sold as is without warranty.

Sealed bids only will be accepted until 12:00 pm, April 8, 2022, when they will be opened and read aloud. The results of the bids will be presented to the Board of Trustees, for their review, at their regular meeting to be held on April 21, 2002 at 7 pm at the Old Stone meeting House, 347 N. Broadway, Upper Nyack NY 10960. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment shall be by certified check or money order only.

Sealed bids may be delivered to Village Hall, 328 N. Broadway, from 9am-12 noon M-F or deposited in the dropbox on the porch at Village Hall. Questions may be sent to village.clerk@uppernyack-ny.us or by calling 845-358-0084, ext 1.
