NOTICE

VILLAGE OF UPPER NYACK

Workshop Meeting of Thursday, January 28, 2021, 7:00 pm will be held as a SPECIAL MEETING

The Village Board of Trustees will meet to discuss and set a Public Hearing for a Annexation of properties from the incorporation portion of the Town of Clarkstown into the Village of Upper Nyack and locating such properties in the Village’s LO (laboratory office) District if annexation is approved.

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the Village Board of Trustees will not be meeting in person. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.87, the meeting will be held via videoconferencing, and a transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have the opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments.
