Six Rockland communities are participating in a collaborative municipal program called Rockland Community Power.  This program includes six communities: Orangetown, Clarkstown, and the villages of Haverstraw, Nyack, South Nyack, and Upper Nyack.   

This innovative new program offers the opportunity to transition to 100% clean energy at much lower rates and with much stronger consumer protection.  This is an opportunity for our community to make a difference by moving onto renewable energy without raising rates.
