Notice of Public Hearing for Local Law #11 of 2022

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Upper Nyack will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 14th at 7:15 pm or as soon as practical thereafter, at the Old Stone Meeting House, 347 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY to consider Local Law # 11 of 2022 a local law adopted pursuant to Public Officers Law §103-a authorizing the use of videoconferencing within the Village of Upper Nyack.

Members of the public may attend the meeting in person or online via Zoom video conference.  Participants attending in person and online will have the ability to view the meeting live and ask questions or make comments.  Please visit the Village’s website for the meeting link and registration information to access the meeting online.

A copy of the proposed law will be made available for review at Village Hall, 328 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY between 9am-12 noon and posted on the Village’s website- https://www.uppernyack-ny.us/
