Notice of Public Hearing Architectural Review Board Law

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Upper Nyack will hold a public hearing on June 17, 2021, at 7:30 PM, or as soon as practical thereafter, to consider the adoption of a proposed Local Law, the ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW LAW OF THE VILLAGE OF UPPER NYACK, repealing Local Law 6 of 2020 (Architectural Review Law) and establishing the procedures of and criteria to be employed by the Architectural Review Board within the Village of Upper Nyack. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Village Board of Trustees will not be meeting in person. In accordance with the applicable Executive Orders hereto issued by the New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo suspending certain provisions of the New York State Open Meetings Law, the meeting will be held via videoconferencing, and a transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have the opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments.
