NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to resolution of the Village Board of the Village of Upper Nyack, Rockland County, Upper Nyack, New York sealed bids will be received by the Village of Upper Nyack, Village Hall, North Broadway, Upper Nyack, New York, until 11:00 A.M., July 21, 2022, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read, for:

NOTE:  A Fee of $10.00 is required for each set obtained. Make check payable to the Village of Upper Nyack.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all bids and proposals must be accompanied by a Statement of Non-Collusion in conformity with requirements of Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law.

The Village Board reserves the unrestricted right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein.
