The Board of Trustees Special meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting on Thursday, January 12th at 7:00 pm at Upper Nyack Village Hall, 328 North Broadway, Upper Nyack NY. 

Trustees experiencing Extraordinary Circumstances who cannot attend the meeting in person may attend and participate in the meeting via Zoom video conferencing.

Members of the public may attend the meeting in person or online via Zoom video conference.  Participants attending in person and online will have the ability to view the meeting live and ask questions or make comments.

  1. Approve minutes from December 15th, 2022.
  2. Approval of Menucha Easement Agreement.
  3. Authorization to retain Hocherman Tortorella & Wekstein, LLP to represent the Village of Upper Nyack in legal case.
  4. Discuss proposed Local Law #4 of 2023 amending the Sound Law.
  5. Ratification of appointment of Beth Wittig to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
  6. Resolution Identifying Polling Place for Village Elections.
  7. Approve 2023 Village of Upper Nyack Holiday Schedule.
  8. Set Public Hearing for proposed Local Law #3 of 2023 amending General Ordinance 1.3a, Placing Refuse and Other Materials on Streets, Sidewalks and Other Places.

And any other business that the Mayor or Trustees wish to bring before this Board
