Failure to receive tax bill
Dear Taxpayer:
We are sorry that you did not receive your tax bill. The staff here at the Village Hall makes every effort to insure that each tax bill is accurate and mailed in
a timely fashion. Each bill is computer generated and accounted for before mailing. Tax bills are mailed out within the last 3 day of May each year. If you do not
receive your bill please call the Village Hall and we will send you a duplicate. There are many things that can happen to them after mailing so please check with
us if you do not receive it in the future.
It is a good idea to note that, State, County and Town Taxes are due January 1st , Village Taxes, June 1st and School
Taxes are due September 1st. Please make sure you notify the taxing authority of any changes to your billing address. If you refinance, the mortgage servicing
companies usually notify us however, please call to verify any changes that you know about.
